Headaches and migraines are something that I struggle with. I use oils daily to help with this.


Whether I diffuse the oils or use the oils on my pressure points, it helps me get through the day.


The PastTense blend works well with diffusing and rubbing it on your pressure points, along with Serenity, Lavender, and Peppermint. Massaging it into the shoulders back and neck for a cooling, soothing sensation. Add to the temples and the back of the neck before taking a test for presenting in public. Apply to the wrists while travelling to help encourage a calm environment.
